Hike in average CTC at the Indian School of Business

Every year, the Indian School of Business creates several opportunities for its students. The same thing happened this year. The institute has conducted an online placement drive where around 1145 students are offered jobs in well-reputed companies.

The entire post-graduate program was able to place students with a CTC of Rs. 2.829 mil. This is the highest amount offered in a PGP. When compared with last year’s CTC of Rs. 2.612 mil, the overall increment is 8.32%.

Almost all the top companies offered placement in ISB. Some of these industries were Internet Technology, Healthcare, Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance, Retail, and Consulting. Big organizations like AgriTech, EdTech, and Gaming were also involved in this process.

ISB is already a well-known institute in India. Many people from various regions study here. Many firms are linked with this management system that creates brilliant students.

Companies are eager to provide jobs to such post-graduate individuals. That is why every year the placement percentage is increasing.

2021 is a recovery year for India. Such high-paying new jobs are providing help to the youth of India.

Popular firms like McKinsey and Company, Deloitte company in both India and USI, PwC, Alvarez, and Kearney participated in this online placement process.

Private Banks

Many MNC and private banks also contributed to this process. With a variety of offers made by top banks, the entire situation became better. Some of these banks were Barclays, Wells Fargo, Credit Suisse, Yes Bank, and ICICI. Around 9.5% of offers were made by the BFSI sector.

IT and Ecommerce

Almost every year the Information Technology, Healthcare, and Analytics industries play a vital role in the placement. In this year also we saw a huge amount of people getting hired by various technology and E-commerce companies.

The prominent names in this sector like Microsoft, Flipkart, Cisco, RazorPay, Electronic Arts, and HiLabs offered placement to many students.

Other businesses

Some other business partners hired trainees for leadership and management. Almost 5% of the total placement offers were made by Pharmaceutical organizations. Big corporations like Reliance and Adani allowed individuals to be a part of management, executive, and CXO programs.
